Not a substitute for high end users, but...

The first program that I've found that painlessly in ENGLISH rather than mathematical jargon guides the user to the proper statistical test.

The feature that I like most is that it tests your data to determine if a nonparametric test is most suitable.

Yeah, its not cheap for its limited abilities, but frankly its the program I've been looking for. I love it.
