all in all this is a fine app and it still works fine despite the lack of recent updates... though I do think they should at least indicate that they care and give us a new version to get rid of that darn warning when you run in Panther... otherwise it shows a certian degree of disinterest on they're behalf...

I have Panther on my main disk and an external FireWire disk with a minimum 1.2.6 system plus my repair tools (Drive 10 1.1.4 and DiskWarrior). When i boot from the external disk, both tools are able to check and properly repair Panther if needed. No problem so far.
(1) When you run it, it claims that it has not been tested on your machine when you talk to tech support, they say it has. So they say just ignore the error message.
(2) After installing, it does not allow you to eject the medium, claims that it is still in use so you have to reboot to get the DVD out.
(3) If you download the update and execute it with the CD in, it generates an error saying that it can't modify the DVD when it should just allow you to choose which one to update.
(4) It installs the application with a strange protection so the upgrate program generates a fatal error and aborts. If you change the protection to what it wants and you run the update again, it claims that you don't have the application on your system.
(5) When you have it check the structure of your drive, it takes MANY MANY hours for just a 60G drive that is 20% full. Mind you, I am not aksing it to do a surface check, just a normal file system check.
