Product Description:

One Trick Pony is a quick and dirty, small and free folder monitor application. It monitors a folder of your choice, and when an item is added or removed (your choice), it sends you an email notification.

the program BUT, like moruzzi, I really don't like the constant polling of the watched folder. If you could add a preference to adjust the interval it would be SUPER. - a full 5 stars.

a very intensive trafic on my server. We should be able to customize the delay between one folder check and the next. Hope this will be fixed.

say it doesn't matter if its 5MB, it works GREAT on my server; WebTen, mails my clients if anything is put in their FTP folder! (and with some resource adjustments it even handles more than one folder)
