You can replace the dock.app in System/Library/CoreServices/dock.app with the dock.app tweaked by Transparent Dock. Don't forget to make a backup of the original dock.app, in case it doesn't work for you.. I did it and it works for me. I'm using OSX 10.4.11. Good luck.

TransparentDock CommentaryOne last update to support 10.4.11... - Version: 2.3.9, 11/14/2007 03:18PM PST

I'm not sure if the developer will read these comments but I'd sure appreciate one last revision to support 10.4.11 (with Safari 3 etc.) for old times sake.

I purchased a license for Transparent Dock a while back and unfortunately I feel a little let down with the lack of support over the past few system updates. It'd be nice to have one last update to support what will be the final tiger update.

Please.

TransparentDock Review10.4.11 (with Safari 3) kills Transparent Dock 2.3.9 - Version: 2.3.9, 11/14/2007 02:22PM PST

As dreaded, Mac OSX 10.4.11 kills TD 2.3.9. 10.4.11 contains Safari 3, which is known to change dock characteristics that render TD unusable.

To the developer: Your product was always the best, I loved that you did it without doing illegal commands the way haxies do. I realize this may be the end of the line for TD in its current form, but I always looked forward to using your product, and Thank You for all the development you did do for us all these years. You were(are) the best gui enhancement, and I always appreciated you.
