Like the famed combination of peanut butter and chocolate, CrossCards takes two great elements, poker and Freeverse's X-Words, and makes them even better by combining them!

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed a sound playing bug that could cause occasional crashes on OS X. The crashes typically occurred when starting a new game while a bot voice was playing, or when the app quit.
  • Get confirmation if user quits app while a network game is in progress.
  • Increased the maximum number of computer opponents to 100.
  • Included latest GS release (3.4.3).

This game is really well done for play on gamesmith. The developer also is very helpful and listens to everyones ideas. I could never get enough of this game.

tried the demo, but I like what I see. A clever variation on scrabble with nice options, including the ability to layout your own game boards. The only thing missing that I can see is network play which would add a lot of value. Still, its fun and the price is reasonable.
