What's new in this version:
CMS: Long file names of ICC profiles were listed truncated in the Option dialog's CMS panel. Now the full file name (without path) is used. General: Added a Service Button to the Universal Launcher so the User can easily enter the Service Mode that allows to reset the serial number, reset the Preferences or to copy the SilverFast logfile to the desktop for sending it to support.

several banners into each scan. In my tests, it is far easier to get a great scan from a negative than with the software that comes with the PIE Scanace PrimeFilm 1800. (As in Always, as opposed to Seldom.) Select the film type in Negafix, and the scan will be almost perfect. Some adjustment for density will help. There are provisions for a lot of tweaking if you want to go further. As soon as Christmas bills are paid, I will buy this.
