I bought the software online and allthough I was sent thru email a copy of my invoice, four days later, I am still waiting for the license. Also, I am unable to install the software. But I keep getting an error message.
Four days ago, I wrote to their tech support and and left voice mail also, and I am still waiting for an email reply or a returned call on both issues ,the missing license and the bug on installing.
The software sounds very promising, but the service so far is very disapointing. I finally called their general phone number instead of tech support and was redirected to the tech support voice mail.

Now I am starting to worry as to is this a real company with real people or have I been had, is it a scam ? :-(
