Product Description:

This update fixes a bug in the CS4 services infrastructure running in the Snow Leopard (MAC OSX 10.6) operating system. The bug currently prevents the update of in-application integrated Adobe services as well as the ability for users to get authenticated in order to use Adobe services. Please note that you must install Services Update 1.0.1 prior to running the 1.0.2 update.

The Missing 1.0.1 Update - Version: 1.0.2, 11/1/2009 07:07AM PST

The 1.0.1 update is actually listed on the Adobe CS4 Updates page under the Version Cue header as "Adobe Drive and Services Update." I downloaded it and ran it, but was then prompted that this update had already been installed. I think this will be the case for most people who stay up to date with all of the required standard updates.
