iTunes 9.0.1 restores the regular click on the green button for the Mini Player.

Since apple removed the toggle to mini-player from the little green button, this is the fastest way to toggle back and forth.

Seriously. Because switching to iTunes, clicking the minimize/maximize ("+") button in the title bar, and switching back to whatever app you were running is just too much work.
