If someone click on the "developers page" link, would find that the file starts downloading directly instead of showing any web page... I didn't try to open it, (and I won't) but I imagine it would ask for admin permission, and the developer isn't showing anything about the app neither him/her self : I agree, it's more than a little suspicious...

I have not downloaded this software, but it looks suspicious. The file size is 13k, which is very tiny and it doesn't seem likely that it would be able to do what it claims in that small a file. Also, the developer's site doesn't work and there is no developer information. And version 4.0 is the first version.
If the developer reads this, you might want to update your information and check that the file is correct. I would caution anyone else from trying this program until more information is available.
