VT lists application as freeware but it costs $49.95? Downloaded application and tried to run installer...message said that it needs 10.4 and above to install (I have 10.3.9). Website also says that it runs on 10.2. and above. Based somewhere in the Middle East, and excludes US? I think something is strange here...definitely not interested in pursuing this app further.

It says that they are freeware. They obviously have checked VT and seen they are out of line.
What are they doing. Let's make it so they can never get out of the 1 star area.
If they don't tell the truth about the little stuff, what do you think they will do with their customer service when you need them. Do you think they will be straight with you when they got you?

Why is something listed as ''freeware'' on VersionTracker and then when you get it, you're suddenly enlightened that you have to pay?
Why does VersionTracker allow this nonsense? It's not fair and it's plainly wrong.
I suggest anytime this happens here that anyone so moved should immediately review and rate the offender with one star. It's just not cool.
