This program is an amazing concept, but it has game stopping glitches right now. I setup all of my separate docks and get them attached to the right spaces and it works great. Then after I go back and forth a little and maybe a new app to one of the docks, this dock overrides one of the other docks, then it continues this until of the docks are mixed up and then it normally defaults to the normal dock setup. This is pretty much broken. It is very disappointing considering how much potential this app has...

After adding multiple docks to Dock Spaces and synchronizing it with Spaces, it would go to the appropriate Space for the application chosen, but the palates and the document would not be present on that space, only the menu bar for the program.
