Its not perfect but its pretty close in correctly formatting everything I've tried so far. Saves a lot of time and has a great deal of configuration possibilities. Well worth the $10 per machine. I was so impressed with the demo that I purchased two licenses (desktop and laptop). Can't complain about the single user licensing at this price. Check out a demo, and the screencasts as there apparently is no actual manual (not that its necessary). This should save me a great deal of time capturing, formatting and updating my Address book.
