Controls for Data Rate restriction are not always honored consistently. Directions for using JPDM video format in an MPEG-4 file format do not work.

Another software dedicated to video compression???
That’s what I would normally thought but this one is not exactly the usual one...It’s pretty much revolutionary, at least for me!
I’ve compressed 2 video files:
the first one of 116.5 Mb and the second one weighing 959,9 Mb, resulting in 12.5 Mb and 140.1Mb. If compared with H.264 the results would have been 16.9 Mb and 224.8 Mb
No other comment is necessary, this is my software! Today I’ve just done a gift to my hard-disk!!!
