The samfind Bookmark Bar picks up where Firefox's Bookmarks Toolbar leaves off:
- Choose your favorite websites to add to your Bar to get to them quickly,
- Easily fit hundreds of websites on the Bar by organizing them into topics,
- Integrate your current FF Bookmarks Toolbar websites into your Bar with one click,
- Search within websites using their own search engine right from the Bar,
- Access websites' RSS feeds at the touch of a button,
- Choose which social and bookmarking services to interact with from the Bar: Digg a story, submit to Reddit, save to Delicious, tweet to Twitter, post to Facebook, and Stumble! the web.
- Place the Bar where you want: standard toolbar, below the web page, or inline next to the URL,
- Show favicons only, text only or both favicons and text,
- Access your Bookmarks with our hot-key system,
- Synchronize your bookmarks to access them from more than one computer

Nice if you NEED to make your bookmarks available for use on other computers, but if you never travel, never use any computer but your own, it's hardly worth the effort (i.e., waiting for it to update). Either the server is exceptionally slow or exceptionally busy, neither of which are conducive to general on-the-fly bookmarking.
Help is minimal: too much time is spent on what it can do, instead of how to do it. It took me a while to find out, but no, you're not stuck with the default category set. Yes, you can add/remove categories, even create your own, both on the very slow website.
I'll recommend it ONLY if you NEED it. In its present state, I wouldn't recommend it for general bookmarking.
If this is going to be generally useful, Samfind really needs to speed things up, and the instructions need to be broadened.
