I wasn't expecting much from this, certainly not $20 worth, and I was right. THough it does draw a map it doesn't allow that map to be moved around and so my GPX files, which all include the origin of (0,0) are drawn including a line going to Africa with no way to zoomin on the area the log is actually from.
Why anyone would pay for this over GPSPhotoLinker is beyone me

Ignore all (0,0) coordinates. This is what GPSBabel writes into GPX files when converting something that didn't have a satellite fix at that instant
Show all the photos that are being processed and allow the user fine grain choice. Just importing an entire folder is too much.
Better underlying base map.The log I had was 10km long and the basemap was entirely one shade of green. Google's terrain map would be awesome but you can't do that if you're selling your software.
Be able to move the map around/zoomin
Don't import directly to iPhoto. Just modify the photos and leave them where they are
