Product Description:

I bought an Apple Mac Mini to use as a media center. Apple ships OS X Leopard with Front Row, which is great, except I found an important feature lacking: you need a keyboard to shut your Apple down. Not what you want in a chique remote controlled home cinema setting. I made a Shut Down plug-in for Front Row. It appears there are a lot of people that don't want to get up to switch off their Mac up after watching a movie! The plugin is free, but I do ask that you leave message in the Guestbook on my website http://dinkytunes.com. It's easy.

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.5 Intel
  • Mac OS X 10.5 PPC

This solved for me a small problem that of having to get up to turn off the computer after watching a movie or an HD podcast. This solves the problem simply. Works as advertised.
