PS3 Media server is great. It transcodes the movie on the fly(no need to re-encode all my movies). No stuttering (via ethernet cable) It stuttered over 802.11G. Shows all my pics and plays all my music to my PS3. Great software.

PS3 Media Server CommentaryOutstanding! - Version: 1.10.5, 4/18/2009 07:49AM PST

oddyoh
Forget the rest, PS3 Media Server is the one to get. Easy to use, and mostly flawless performance. Latest version adds transcoding MKV's with DTS audio properly. Sometimes 'mencoder' crashes on my Mac, but nothing a quick reload of the app won't fix. No longer to I have to convert videos for my PS3, transcoding on the fly is the holy grail, and this app delivers, quickly and easily.
