This product was definitely not worth the download. Immediately upon running for the first time I discovered that this SW does not support drag-and-drop; what is it with non-Mac users trying to write Mac software? This was obviously ported over from a PC version, and it truly showed when the SW crashed as soon as I tried to load in my first video for conversion! Needless to say, it was immediately deleted... look elsewhere for a video converter!*$!
