It found most printers and gave results for only inkjets. although laser has facility (even my colour one) it did NOT report on any laser printer!! (both HP)
Only one of my two printers could be probed; app crashed

I have two printers:
Epson A700 connected to an Airport Extreme base station (USB port)
Epson RX595 connected to an Airport Express configured in "extend mode"
The A700 could not be probed even though it 'knew of the printer.'
The RX595 was accurately probed and reported the correct ink levers
When I used the Diagnose operation to the A700 the app terminated without an error message.
When I used the Diagnose operation to the RX595, the app reported that it could not communicate with the printer even though it did accurately read the ink levels.
So this app is being deleted.

The latest version is working for me on Snow Leopard with an Epson R280 over an Airport Base Station. Newest version shows ink levels in the dock for each color, too.
Works with Epson R280 on Airport Extreme

The only way to view ink levels on an Epson R280 connected to Airport Extreme, since the R280 drivers aren't included with OS 10.5.
It works!

I have wanted a way to check the ink levels on my AirPort printer (Epson C62) ever since I got it. Having to connect a USB cable every time the low ink lights come on to see which cartridge needed replacing was inconvenient at best. This program does exactly what I need - shows the levels in my printer. This, in conjunction with the "Gutenprint Utility for EPSON Inkjet Printers" allows me to monitor and run all utilities for my printer wirelessly. Definitely worth the $5 IMHO.
Works OK

On the positive side, it works for getting levels from my CM1312nfi Color LaserJet MFP connected on the network and my DeskJet 935C connected via a USB network hub. It also hasn't crashed as of yet.
However, I rarely use the DeskJet and I can get the levels for the Color LaserJet via the print dialog and Print & Fax preferences, so it's really not worth the $5 to me. It's also a little ugly.

Works great for me over the airport extreme!!! I've always wanted a program that can do this, thank you so much!!!!!!!! Now I can stop unplugging it off the airport and plugging it into my computer just to check!
What am I missing here ?
