make sure your DVD drive is region free before you use this or your DVD will be locked to the last region you change it to (only get 3 goes to change it)...

you cannot change your DVD region by re-installing the system, this is information is flashed to the DVD drive itself and cannot be changed once you have used all your 3 lives ;)

As you can only change the region code 3 times before are set of the firmware is allowed then a further 3 times before it is fixed forever.

allowing non-admin users to do this eve once is very very dangerous as there is nothing to stop six different attempts to lock out the drive altogether!
