Just tried the demo, and have bought the full version!

It drives iTunes without a hiccup (a little lumpy at startup if you already had iTunes running) and then steams along making a custom quality backup right where you want it.
The help tutorial and text messages could use a little cleaning of expression, but overall it's easy enough to figure out the English.
