PDFLab and PdfMergeX. Also consider downloading PDF2Image - go to: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/26885/pdf2image
...why I would want to pay $14 for for this, when PDFLab does a lot more for free?
PDFLab treats a multi-page PDF as separate pages and allows you to add or delete individual pages. This is nowhere near as flexible.
I understand Preview will do much the same, but only in Leopard. Still, free.
