RarMachine is a powerful RAR archive manager, surely the simplest and most integrated for Mac OS X. You can use it to compress and extract all Rar files downloaded from the internet or compressed on a PC with the power advantage of your Mac System: You can extract or compress any files with a Finder Contextual Menu.

What's new in this version:

Target folder menu added. You can now select an extraction/compression folder.
Files name are now renamed automatically if they already exist.
Application now quits automaticlaly after extraction/compression when the Plugin menu is used.
Italian and Spanish localisation added.
Interface improvements.
Bug fixes.

This app is the best rarapp for the Mac out there. It's good integrated in OS X and works very good... and for the price you can't leave it (8$) :-) You also get good support from the dev's.

With the last version you can choose where to compress/decompress your rar-files to and a progression bar is now here.
