I apologize to everyone, but I let this project go a long time ago, hence the broken d.load links. If anyone wants a copy please let me know, I'll send you that or the source code. Also, cocoamysql is a completely unrelated product, but it seems to be a completely satisfactory replacement, so please, give it a try and help them out.

to do exactly what it claims to. And I think ivanjs needs to accept the possibility that there's a problem on his end rather than jumping directly to conspiracy theory. _This app works_

this with phpMyAdmin to handle the heavy-duty stuff and you've got a great DBMS without spending a dime. Agree with previous requests for a "Favorites" pane. As for errors, it would be nice to get notification, but they do show up in the console, as with most Cocoa apps. Great work!

Definitely needs a FAVORITES function instead of retyping connection parameters every single time. Also haven't figured out what Save and/or Save As is used for????

what all the other positive reviewers said. The only flaw that I noticed right away was the lack of error messages/explanations when logging into the specified DB. If the program actually returned an error when logging in failed, it would be much more diagnostic (ie: timed out, bad user/password, etc.). If that functionality were included, I think the negative reviews of this program, on this site would be non-issues.

at all for me (just opened up, asked for the name of the database, login and password, and when I filled them in and clicked OK, just sat there. Never did anything. Makes me wonder about all the comments on here.... Hmmmm... JS

of dedicated MySQL browsers, *every* app on VersionTracker sucks, is bloated, nearly useless, and costs $70 more than it should. I've just wasted hours downloading all available apps. The only app that works as advertised is this one. CocoaSQL just works. There's no schema editor, too bad. The worst is, you have to use the *mouse* to click the button to run a query, so you're out of luck if you want to move fast. But it's the best app that's available today. Interestingly, it's also the only free option.

a remote server. doesnt tell me if i have connected or not (no error message, status bar, or greyed out button to say its in progress); it just sits there. when no database is loaded, clicking "show query pane" crashes the app. looks nice tho...
