One major complaint is the requirement that one loses any remaining entitlement from their current 'month,' when, due to periodic heavy use, it is necessary to 'recharge' one's account and use alloted download capability that has been paid for up front. Thus, one loses capability that has been paid for. THAT is a rip off.
