Can no longer add machines after update - Version: 4.0.966, 11/4/2009 11:00PM PST

Pacific Mac

After LMI did their entire website/system overhaul, I can no longer add machines on any of my
two older accounts.

Only solution so far is to create a new one and continue that way.

Email to technical support has yielded no response. Have emailed them twice.

Used to love this product - now I am crippled and disappointed...

The download link points to version 4.0.697, dated Feb.2008, which also seems to be the only version available from the LogMeIn website.

Seems to work very well, tested on a few machines, most importantly mom's :) Now able to offer support to people without costly software or difficult configuration.
