Product Description:

MacNoteTaker lets you write notes up to 32,676 long. It stores them in a hierachical structure with unlimited nested folders just like the files on your computer. When you do a hotsync it synchronises the folder structure of your notes with a folder on your Mac. If you have a lot of small text files you want to cart around on your Palm then this is the easiest way to do it! Since they are just plain text files you can view them any way you like (TextEdit works very nicely).

What's new in this version:

Double tapping now opens notes and folders. Added a MacOSX conduit.

This product changed my life -- It has allowed me to transition all of my ToDo lists, project outlines and reference files from complex, buggy and proprietary apps to simple text files. Everything organized by directories and syncing between laptop and palm.

Many thanks to the developer. Please don't let this app die -- keep it up-to-date.

I'd like to see an improved sync -- delete trashed files from both platforms. And some way to sync files that have been modified separately on both platforms.

A few features I'd love to see:
- option to trigger an AppleScript when a new note is uploaded to the Mac, or an existing note is overwritten (I would like to use this and XML-RPC to manage content on a website)
- ability to sync the built-in Palm Memo application
- DiddleBug sync!

I can always dream :-)
