While not a full featured web site authoring program, for what the author says it's use is, it is excellent: displaying photos on the web. It's very easy to use, nice output, lots of options, and very easy to try out before purchasing. If you need to put your photographs on the web, especially on a regular basis, and don't feel like coding web pages by hand, it's easily worth the low price he is asking.

I have been using WebPics since 2003. It is an excellent photo gallery web page constructer. Version 2.8 is the best yet!
The updates the developer has done over the past 6 years have been really helpful, especially iPhoto album integration, additional formatting options, built-in publishing to the web via FTP.
My only "criticisms" are that there isn't any way to have your photos link to a online photo printing service and you have to maintain your own "index" page that shows all the galleries you've uploaded. Not deal-breakers, but would be nice to have when you have a lot of albums, like I do.
I think WebPics perfectly fills the niche between Apple's iWeb and more complicated solutions. Highly recommended.
