I lost a financial report on my work computer...
Luckily our IT deparment has a copy of Boomerang on license.
10 minutes after installing the program, I was back to work, and even managed to get the project turned in on time.
The IT guys told em everything I needed to know to make it easy... Not sure how they're documentation is, but regardless, great program.

I found out about these guys from an old featured article on Apple's website.
They commented on its beautiful interface and ease of use....
Come to find out, that was versions and versions ago and things have only gotten better!
I tried it and loved how easy it made to get my stuff back.
I mean hey, if Apple likes it, then it's good enough for me.

It was the first intuitive data-recovery program I'd seen on the platform, and 2.1.9 takes that to a whole 'nother level.
I run my macs pretty hot, and have seen more than my fair share of failed drives.
Most of the time I have backups, but on the rare occasion that I forget,
boomerang's got my back, and make sure I get my data back quickly, easily, and reliably.
