Product Description:

gNAT is a small program designed to give users graphical access to Mac OS X's Network Address Translation (NAT) services without having to use the command line. NAT is a protocol used to share a single internet connection over multiple computers without having to buy an expensive hardware router. As well, gNAT is a viable replacement for much of the functionality provided by an Airport software base station in Mac OS 8.x-9.x.

What's new in this version:

  • Added Preference saving
  • Fixed bug that makes the modem not show up

im still using the os9 rock solid IPNetRouter for many advanced features...but would love to get ride of the OS 9 running it.... any chance to have all the IPnetRouter features on X ?

two purposes for me that Apple's built-in Internet Sharing in Jaguar does not: 1.) there's an option to enable it on startup, and 2.) there's no DHCP-server running, which I like for security reasons. So far, it's stable up to Jaguar 10.2.4
