YaelleGI havent had the crashing & freezing problems with this software but needless to say, it aint the greatest thing in the world. I want to get rid of it so badly, but I've got a brain injury & my memory would probably not allow me to learn an entirely new thing. I need the PFC & whatever else is saved on here - I know I couldn't start all the way over from scratch.
If anyone knows of another email program that allows you to do the following, I might consider switching but until then I'll stick with this horrible excuse for a piece of software:
1. save emails - not only in the immediate box but in the old/sent mails of the PFC
2. an IM program right in there with the email & the web browser - not that I dont use safari every time I need to get on the www.
3. My PFC is kind of invaluable.
4. My email address name - I know there are ways to keep an email address or something, but...
Maybe there's some kind of detox from AOL rehab program I can get in.
If anyone else could do all that, I'm sure they could do it better & without all the bad stuff which I won't get into. And it'd be great if I could find an American company that doesn't outsource to switch to! Don't get me started on that.
- Thanks,
Yaelle G.
