Product Description:

SaverLab runs Mac OS X screensaver modules in regular windows. It allows you to run multiple modules simultaneously, pause, single step, and control the speed of the animations, save animations as QuickTime movies, and use screensavers as desktop backgrounds. Source code available.

What's new in this version:

  • Built as universal binary for PowerPC and Intel processors.
  • Fixed display bugs when user interface scaling is active in Tiger.

This author has managed to do what all "other" background desktop screensavers failed to do and that is actually WORK!

This program is simple to use, works right out of the box, and lots of useful different options and the author seems to have made all of the right choices.

This is really a great program and thank you for making it free!

It's a pity that it doesn't work with "Quartz Composer Composition".
