100% Mac Approved? - Version: 4.18.3, 7/27/2008 08:53AM PST

PhilscbxAll developers should need to submit there stuff directly to Apple for approval.
We should not be the testers for ware that is not 99%.
We have enough to do without fixing a problem or trashing our systems by default.

'No Connection'? Blame it On your ISP! - Version: 4.16.4, 2/9/2008 12:00AM PST
(12 of 13 users found this comment useful)
misha1035Also ask if you are connecting through a proxy. ISPs that provide high-speed-like connections through normal dial-up connections use proxies, and many satellite connections also use proxies. LimeWire will need to be configured to work with your proxy by going to Advanced > Proxy within the LimeWire options.
If your ISP sent you a modem, ask if it is equipped with a firewall.

Can't Connect! - Version: 4.16.4, 2/8/2008 12:00AM PST

misha1035Even after 'prepping' the router, 'Limewire' can't connect.
NOTE: Many ISPs are now blocking any 'file sharing' attempts.
