LaserJet 5MP connected via Asante Talk to the ethernet hub on my blue and white G3. I had to enable Appletalk in the Network control panel to get OSX to recognize the printer. Haven't tested it fully, but I'm optomistic.

works fine with a G4 tower running OS X 10.0.3 and also under OS X (Classic) after downloading this OS X driver. However, it took some time on the phone with HP Tech Support to figure out that several files were loaded by the included CD-ROM (to make the printer run under OS 8 & 9) which subsequently conflicted with these OS X drivers. After removing those files and trashing the Prefs, everything works like a champ. Bottom line: Five stars for the way it moves totally seamlessly between printing under 10.0.3 and OS X (Classic) but extremely poor execution of the installation software; thus, requiring a call to HP for support.

browser's Edit menu's Find command to search for Mac OS (with a space) on: http://www.hp.com/cposupport/printers/support_doc/bpm35003.html to find the HP printers supported by MacOS X, and those printers they are planning on releasing drivers for MacOS X. The page itself doesn't look at first as though it has support, but that's because of the formatting of the page was not designed properly.
