- Available Updates View - See only the applications that are out-of-date, or all software.
- Download Manager - Queue multiple downloads for optimum speed; get automatic retries on interrupted downloads.
- Download Sharing - Faster downloads, save bandwidth and disk space with Bonjour download sharing within your local network.
- Skip Version - Skip an update and still be notified about the next release.
- Search - Pro subscribers can search the entire VersionTracker database from the client software, or from the Dashboard (with the VersionTracker Widget).
- VersionTracker Ticker - Transparent desktop palette featuring the latest updates from the VersionTracker database.
- Operating System Filtering - Allows filtering by OS compatibility on a dot level giving user complete control over information presented.
- UNIX Volume Scanning - Will scan applications for every OS X file type or format the system supports including support for UNIX.

- Fix for password encryption error in preferences file which caused some users to crash
