Thanks to everyone who provided feedback during the beta.

Added a preference to automatically skip beta or pre-release versions and a preference to automatically skip paid updates (off by default, turn on via the Updates Preference).
Fixed combination of subscription notification and update notification forcing "Later" choice.
Fixed crash when disk image deleted.
Fixed manual update mode to not contact the server until asked to do so.
License type column defaults to being displayed in Watch List.
