Results can fill up a space-challenged hard drive quickly. Appears to use too much memory. Definitely takes a long time to process everything. And it's too expensive, especially the annual fees for support. But, having said all that, this is great application for those serious about monitoring their website placement. Some of my complaints are simply a result of the power of this application. Support has been responsive. If you are serious about finding out about your site, and if you have lots of money to throw around, I definitely recommend getting this. Five stars.
