Hopeless - Version: 3.5.5, 11/29/2009 11:03PM PST

Firefox 3.5.5 is garbage - constantly stall. Tried disabling the one add-on I use (Adblock Plus), cleaned caches, checked my fonts, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted prefs, profiles - still slow, still stalls on numerous websites - hopeless. Gone back to Safari & Camino until The Mozilla crowd can get their act together. No stars here.

I <3 Firefox and generally recommend it to everyone, but this version is a real dog. Broke my TweetGrid, makes other sites not load completely or look really strange. Going back at least to the original 3.5 :-P

I updated to Firefox 3.5.3 when it was released on Speptmeber 9, 2009. Since the release of 3.5.4 I have gone to "check for updates under FireFox's help menu. Everytime it .t says "No updates found. There are no updates available. FireFox will check periodically for upodates"
Under release notes, it profiles version 3.5.3, but offers the possibility to update to 3.5.5.
