Buggy software that will have you missing deadlines and pulling your hair out if you are a professional in need of font management to do your job. Auto-activation feature works about 1/4 of the time. Manually activated fonts usually require you to quit an app and restart it before they show up.
I have been using this software in a pro environment for several years and was recently forced to upgrade to version 4 after reloading my system and spending hours on the phone with Insider to no avail trying to get a legacy installer. After reluctantly upgrading NOTHING works.
Good luck getting "\support" from Insider Software.

Fonts all in one place — check. FontAgent Pro imports them all successfully — check. Create StartUp Set and designate it as such — check. Ensure activator is in StartUp Items — check. Re-start and launch an application — check. Are any of my StartUp Set fonts there? NO!
I am not a FontAgent Pro newbie. I have been trying to get it to do what it promises for over a year. I've read and re-read the manual. I've tinkered with irt endlessly. I'm doing exactly what it asks me to do. Why can't it return then favor?
Since this is almost the only reason for the existence of the app, it is a dismal failure. I think I'm entitled to my money back.

This software just works. Of course, we also have a really outstanding IT team here, who actually know something about fonts, cleaning the three system font libraries properly (and Adobe's once-hidden fonts, as well), and generally knowing what to group together, and what not to.
Some people, unfortunately, do not have such expertise.
And some people are suffering thus.
