Show Desktop ReviewWorks Great with Camouflage - Version: 1.6.4, 1/24/2007 04:44PM PST

If you have a dozen apps open and a desktop that hasn't had any housekeeping for a year, just use Show Desktop. One click and you are back there, with no apps showing. Used in conjunction with Camouflage, you can hide all desktop icons as well, and if you set Show Desktop (in preferences) to open (or keep open) a finder window when you click it, you have a clean view of only what you need. Then use CMD-Tab to cycle back to the app you want.

This is especially useful when someone comes in and you want to very quickly hide all your open apps and windows except for one on the desktop, and hide any desktop clutter. People are impressed by your housekeeping, even when you've really just swept it all under the carpet! But more important, you can quickly find things you need without clutter using this app. Nicely done and no arguing with the price.
