Sound Studio 3 is an easy-to-use Mac OS X application for recording and editing audio digitally on your computer. I've been using Sound Studio a while now and I know there were a lot more things that needed to be fixed other than the Help menu.

After all this time only those 3 bugs were fixed? I'm going to have to re-think my support for future versions of this product.

I use SS since the 2.02 release. There are applications best but SS is simple and easy to use and gives a correct result.
I'm satisfied.

I've tested Sound Studio with bad results:
it hangs on a simple aiff-file, QT-Player and iTunes can play the song, this app can't.
I converted it the file to wave then, to get a chance to test this app.
Then after a short while of editing, it crashed after using normalize, the same problems with two other files.
I can't understand that, Aiff is often and longtime used an Macs.
Very poor.

My Mac is a Powerbook G4 1Ghz, with 1GB RAM, 120 GB HD, Mac OS 10.4.11.


In the meantime I've downloaded Amadeus, another audio app for the semipro.

Amadeus worked well, loaded/played my files, 3 hours of editing and no single problem so far, - so what do I buy now?...
And Amadaeus looks better and is cheaper....
