MaxBulk Mailer is a full-featured mail-merge tool for Macintosh that allows you to send out customized press releases, prices lists and any kind of text or HTML documents to your customers. MaxBulk Mailer is fast, fully customizable and very easy to use. MaxBulk Mailer handles plain text, HTML and styled text documents and gives full support for attachments.

What's new in this version:

Document errors are now reported visually, highlighting offending field.
Paste from clipboard now includes all opt fields as well.
Online picture support for Styled Text thru HTML IMG SRC tag.
New Mac OS X Address Book import without using AppleEvents.
SMTP time-out increased to 120 seconds.
SMTP retries decreased to 5 attempts.
Error 571 now handled as soft error.
Error 550 and 553 now trigger an automatic retry in given conditions.
Account ID field removed from settings panel.
Precedence setting removed from the settings panel.
Group and interval moved to 'Delivery' settings.
Selected recipient status always visible (Recipients panel)
Windows paths with accentuated characters support.
Apple specific attachment encodings no longer available on Windows.
'KEEP' batch process progress bar inverted.
Previewing HTML code doesn't display the code anymore.
Attachment file names encoding.
Error 102 at QUIT stage is again interpreted as the QUIT response.
Selected recipients status not always updated properly.

This program is great in all areas. It is easy to use, highly effective, full-featured, fast and most of all dependable.

One of the great things about it is that is won't allow you to send an email to the same person more than once unless you make a choice to clear it and send it again. No more wondering what has been sent and what hasn't.

Logical program that works well with html and plain text emails.

I have tried these types of programs on PCs and Macs and this is easily the best I've found.

Also very well supported.

I have been unsing MBM over one year for mailings of appr. 1000 newsletters and the sw-versions get better and better. After you have understood theFilemaker-MBM relation its easy to create very individual emails. Their email-support is the fastest and most efficient I have known.

Say goodbye to your CPU. I have an 800 name list, and it's CRAWLING on my 1ghz G4. 100% CPU usage and sending like at a rate of 0.35 messages per second. Nearly unusable! :( Other than that, this program is great. I've had no problems until now. Please fix!
