Product Description:

The HMS Freeverse is a new internet game server developed for use on MacOS. Freeverse, which is known for it's high quality products and exceptional interface design has worked hard to make the HMS Freeverse the easiest, prettiest and most full featured game server available.

What's new in this version:

Fixed a bug that preveneted the private message sound from being played
Fixed a bug in handling of custom data for server-side ranking.
Replaced the "send" button on the server window with a "forum" button, and implemented that button to launch the user's web browser and go to the HMS Forum.
Implemented a check for whether the saved HMS window position is onscreen, and if it isn't, then the window position is modified to be onscreen.
Fixed a bug in the "Backup IP" functionality.
Implemented special sound when receiving a private chat.
Server login message now appears in a red font.
Private Messages: Clicking on a player's name in the player list, then hitting Option-M or Option-T will automatically insert /tell into the chat field.
Mute option for ignoring annoying users via the player dialog or text command.
Paging option for getting the attention of someone on-line via the player dialog or text command.
Option-Up Arrow automatically inserts the last chat sent back into the chat entry field.
Included support for server-side ranking.
Included support for real-time ranking.
Anti-Flooding, so if you send too many chats, too quickly, you're temporarily muted.
The ability for Freeverse to designate Captains, who will show up with their names in RED in the player list. Captains will help maintain and foster a good online experience. Freeverse employees' will be Admirals and their names will show up in PURPLE.
Fixed bug which caused the HMS to sometimes claim to be unavailable the first time you tried to connect.
Fixed bug which would mess up scrolling after you'd been chatting for a long time.
Fixed a bug that allowed games from other rooms to show up in your list when you switch rooms quickly before the games list appears.
Fixed a bug in which under rare circumstances, the player info dialog could display information for the wrong player.
Fixed an old bug that prevents the appropriate kick reason from being displayed when a player is kicked from the HMS Freeverse by an administrator.
Added support for transparent rerouting to a back up server in case the HMS crashes, which is, of course, an impossibility.
