NOTE: This firmware upgrade is intended for users who currently have firmware version 2.90 or lower. User who have already upgraded the Jukebox to version 3.0 and above, please DO NOT use this firmware version 2.91.

What's new in this version:

This update includes the following enhancements:

Improved Operating System
The Jukebox operating system boot code has been enhanced to provide better recovery during the operating system upgrade.

NOTE:
This firmware upgrade is intended for users who currently have firmware version 2.95 or lower. Users who have the localized Asian language firmware version 3.0 and above SHOULD NOT use this firmware version.

only in mac OS 8 or 9 NOT OS X. Download the latest iTunes and re-install; somehow that helps. Also, many of the preinstalled mp3s on the Jukebox will not transfer. Perhaps they did that on purpose?
