of the new iMac DV SE's. It is a great machine, and I have no problems with its performance. However, after installing the Multimedia Update, my Harmon Kardon iSub would no longer work. I tracked the problem down to the update version of the Apple Audio Extension. To fix the problem I simply removed it from my extensions folder and reinstalled the Mac OS 9.0.4 update. I kept all of the ATI Rage Extension updates from the Multimedia Update, and have yet to have any problems with them. SO, if you too run into problems with your iSub and this update, maybe now you'll have a place to start. :)

update on my G4 with no problems. I have some Ariston speakers that were uncontrolable with 9.0 and worse with the 9.0.4 upgrade. Now everything works and I am enjoying music while I write this, even if it is Dinah Shore singing Love and Kisses.
