Product Description:

This enabler is only for users who have upgraded to Apple FireWire version 2.2.2. It iscompatible with OS 8.6 and 9.0.

These users should remove the Apple Cardbus Enabler and replace it with theFireWire 2 Go Enabler.

For those still using Apple FireWire 2.1 which shipped with the FireWire 2Go card, this enabler does not apply.

some, but movie playback is still sluggish and my card will not eject unless my laptop has shut down. I get a prompt screen telling me that the card is still in use and can not be ejected even after the external firewire hard drive has been dismounted.
