Product Description:

All iBook and PowerBook (FireWire) users should install the Sleep Memory Extension. Apple has identified a bug in its system software which in very rare circumstances can prevent your computer from properly waking up from sleep. Though you will most likely never encounter this bug, we still recommend that all iBook and new PowerBook (FireWire) owners download and install the following Sleep Memory Extension software patch, which eliminates this bug.

such a great program, you guys are doing a great job, maybe for version 2 you could add mp3 playback? or maybe a built in text editor? ;)

for the effort. It's nothing but an extension to disable a few features (that I don't use anyway) within the Energy CP. These features that are now unselectable include the infamous "Preserve memory contents on sleep" under both the Power Adapter and Battery settings and also the network-related items under the Battery setting. snowman
