Product Description:

MacDSP is a digital signal processing program for the Mac; it filters audioin real-time. Think of it as the equalizer on a stereo implemented in yourMac totally through software. You feed audio into your Mac's microphonejack, and it comes out the speaker.

What's new in this version:

Changes the type of filter implemented to a second orderBessel, and spaces the filter bands on a geometric basis.

note: Since MacDSP performs a lot of calculations when filtering sound, it requires a speedy Mac. Don't try to run it on an old, slow Mac. Second, as you can guess by the version number, it is still under development. Contrary to what some may think, it actually has been tested. Just because it doesn't work on your system, doesn't mean it doesn't work at all.
