using "MacGSView Preview" on my OS X-running iMac with quite some satisfaction. The program often crashes if asked to display a page containing complicated (typically bitmap) graphics, but otherwise works fine. The UI is simple but efficient. I would like to encourage releasing the "beyond-Preview" OS X version soon.

2.0b3 as a workaround for printing XPress 3.32 documents on a HP DeskJet 930 printer: Due to a bug in the HP DeskJet Driver 3.x no images will be printed. "Print" the XPress document with LaserWriter to a colored PostScript file with embedded fonts first, open the PS file with MacGSView and print it on the DeskJet. The color matching doesn't work well but at least you'll get the idea what the document will look like. Up to now this is the best workaround known to me.
